Labuan Shipyard & Engineering Sdn Bhd (LSE), a subsidiary of Realmild (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 26th September 2005 and took over the facilities, operations and all business activities of Sabah Shipyard Sdn. Bhd.

LSE’s shipyard is one of the largest and most well-equipped shipyard in South-East Asia. It is capable of handling ships weighing up to 16,000 deadweight tons with the capability of further expansion to take vessels of more than 20,000 tonnes deadweight.
